Admin. Approved Absences

To ensure students stay on track academically, any missed learning must be completed and submitted to their teachers upon return. Parents and guardians are required to complete and submit the Admin Approved Absence Form, which provides the reason for the student’s absence and allows school administration to review and consider approval.

We strongly encourage families to submit the form before the planned absence whenever possible.

1-7 Day(s) Admin Absence Approval

If your student will be unable to attend school—for reasons such as family vacations, club sports events, or other planned absences—please follow the process below to request Administrative Approval. Whether the absence is for one day or several, we encourage all families to submit the form for review.

2025-2026 Administrative Absence Request Form (1-7 Days) – Fill out form  

8 or More Days Admin Absence Approval

If your student will be unable to attend school—such as for a family vacation, club sports events, or other planned absences—please follow the process below to request Administrative Approval. If your student will be absent for eight or more days, we strongly encourage families to submit the form for review.
