These evening conferences are by appointment only. Teachers have already contacted specific families to schedule these meetings.

➡️ Please only attend Wednesday evening if you have a scheduled appointment. Teachers will not be available for walk-in conferences that night.

🗓 Thursday, October 30 – Open Conferences

Join us for our open drop-in conferences — no appointment needed! Families are welcome to stop by anytime during the following hours:

🕗 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

 

🕗 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

 

🕗 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

⏰ Please note:

Teachers will take short breaks for lunch (11:00–12:00) and dinner (4:00–5:00).
