SW Idaho Regional Schedule
• All exhibits have to be on display by 9:00 on Saturday morning. Students with exhibits can check in at Idaho Arts Charter either from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, March 16 or from 8-9 a.m. on Saturday, March 17 to put up their display board.
• If students haven't paid their $8 registration and/or completed the parent signature page, they will need to do that at check in on Friday or Saturday.
• Students competing in all other categories except exhibits can just check in 15 minutes before their judging time. Everyone should check in at the table near the front doors of the school (5th Street side).
• Dress nicely.
• Students (except webs and essays) need to bring 4 copies of their process paper and annotated bibliography with them to the event.
• Students may leave immediately after they are judged. They cannot "hang around" until the awards ceremony --the building will be closed from 12:30 till 2:30 so that the judges can have uninterrupted time to score.
• The awards ceremony will be at 3:00 in the "Phoenix Room" (cafeteria). It typically lasts no more than 30 minutes. Students do not have to be present.

Please fill in all sections of this form. This must be submitted by March 1, 2018 :
Historical essays (4 copies) must be mailed or delivered to Idaho Arts Charter School , 1220 5th St. N., Nampa, ID 83687 (ATTN: Marie McGrath) by
by 5:00 p.m. on March 5
Websites must be published (using NHD weebly) by 11:59 p.m. on March 5.

Please complete one registration form per PROJECT ENTRY.

Also, EACH STUDENT must complete the signature document at the end of this registration (link is also below) with the necessary signatures. Please print the document and mail, along with a check (made out to IACS) or cash in the amount of $8 per PERSON. MUST BE RECEIVED BY March 10, 2018. Please remit to:
